We are recruiting for a Compliance and Training Coordinator to join our team.
Monday to Friday 0730 - 1630
£27000 - £29000 per annum (depending on experience)
AB Texel UK Ltd transports agricultural bulk goods, mainly potatoes, to various factories across the UK and EU. Our Compliance department plays an important part in the process of ensuring compliance for our fleet and drivers.
As a Compliance and Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for debriefing drivers, organising training and refresher training:
You will also be required to carry out the following (this list is not exhaustive):
- Accurate and timely analysis to meet legal compliance by reporting, debriefing, and escalating– For example: Drivers Hours, Driver Infringements.
- To ensure all drivers remain compliant as per licence, driver CPC/hours and to ensure records are kept and maintained to legal/company standards.
- Accurate and timely analysis of all driver's daily defect reporting
- Provide reporting, Weekly/Monthly/Ad-hoc
- Manage the training matrix for employees and organise training where required.
- Process uniform requests
- To undertake any other duties and deal with matters related to fleet disciplines which can be reasonably expected of this position.

If you have a transport and administrative background, with exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills, you could be the person we're looking for, to join our growing team.
Ideally you would have:
- Previous experience within a transport environment, with a good working knowledge of Drivers Hours and Working Time regulations.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- IT literate
- Attention to detail
- You can work well as part of a team and/or on your own initiative.
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- The ability to prioritise, multitask and manage your workload.
